SHIPPING AND RETURNS INFORMATION

Thank you for GOLFING with Wepndry™️

As a small team based in Melbourne, we take pride in delivering your premium golf wedges with great care. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process, ship, and support your order—from our hands to yours—while ensuring we meet our obligations and uphold your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 

PROCESSING TIMES: all orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. 

SHIPPING CARRIER: we use Sendle as our shipping provider for all domestic deliveries. Sendle is a carbon-neutral delivery service. 

SHIPPING COSTS: shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions during high sale periods or advertising campaigns —these will be clearly advertised and confirmed at checkout. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER: when your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so that you can monitor the progress of your delivery through the Sendle network. 

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE: Sendle typically delivers with “Authority to Leave”. If it is not safe to do so, they may take the parcel to a local collection point. If you require a signature on delivery, or special delivery instructions, please contact us before placing your order. 

DELIVERY ESTIMATES: standard delivery times are estimated between 2-8 business days depending on your location and time the order was placed. Typically orders placed after 4pm will be packaged and booked in for delivery the following business day. This means that any orders placed after 4pm on a Friday, will not be processed until the start of business day Monday. 

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We endeavour to have all orders packaged and booked in for delivery the same day your order is placed. Deliveries to regional or remote areas may take longer. 

DELIVERY ISSUES: if your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with Sendle to resolve the issue and meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. 

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address: please ensure your shipping details are correct before finalising your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Reshipment for this reason, may incur additional charges.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your items are lost, significantly delayed, or damaged through no fault of your own. We comply with all ACL requirements regarding consumer rights, including the right to remedies when goods are not delivered within a reasonable time. 

RETURNS POLICY

At Wepndry™️, we stand behind the quality of our golf wedges and are committed to delivering the best possible experience to our customers. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges. 

CHANGE OF MIND: as a small business, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully and contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about our products. 

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS: you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if your item – 
  • has a major fault or manufacturing defect;
  • is not as described or not fit for purpose;
  • is significantly different from what you ordered; or
  • arrives damaged or in an unacceptable condition (not due to customer misuse/wear).

If you believe your product is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at within 14 days of receiving the item, with –

  • your order number;
  • a specific description of the issue; and
  • clear photos of the product and packaging. 

We do not offer refunds if –

  • the item has been damaged due to customer misuse or not following care instructions;
  • you knew of the fault before purchase;
  • the issue is minor and repairable within a reasonable time. 


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:
for faulty or incorrect items, Wepndry™️ will cover reasonable return shipping costs. Once your return has been approved (and meets the listed criteria), we will provide you with return instructions. Refunds will be provided in the same form as the original payment method.
